Did your com­pany re­ceive a let­ter about late fi­nan­cial state­ments?

File the fi­nan­cial state­ments on­line im­me­di­ately us­ing our ser­vice at ytj.fi. The PRH im­poses a fee for late sub­mis­sion if lim­ited li­a­bil­ity com­pa­nies and co-op­er­a­tives do not sub­mit their fi­nan­cial state­ments to the Trade Reg­is­ter within eight months of the end of each fi­nan­cial pe­riod. The amount of the fee de­pends on the length of the de­lay.

Com­pa­nies must file their no­ti­fi­ca­tions and ap­pli­ca­tions on­line with the Finnish Trade Reg­is­ter from 1 Jan­u­ary 2026. This does not ap­ply to pri­vate traders, as­so­ci­a­tions or foun­da­tions.
