The Finnish Trade Register is a public register that contains information on traders and businesses. The majority of businesses are limited liability companies and private traders. The register contains official details of businesses all over Finland.

How to file a notification
Most businesses must be registered with the Trade Register. Are you planning to set up a business or do your registered details need amending? Are your company's financial statements due for registration? Would you like to close down your business? Read our notification instructions.

Submit your Trade Register notification as soon as you have paid the handling fee
In most cases, the notifications are subject to a fee. Please note that the handling fee has to be paid in advance and the receipt must be enclosed with the notice. The Trade Register notifications must be submitted within a week after payment. If notifications are submitted later, the processing of the notification will be significantly slower.
