Notification of changes for private traders

Private traders are obliged to notify the Trade Register of any changes in their registered details, for instance if their company name or line of business has changed.

A private trader may only have one single Business ID, which is always attached to the person who set up as that private trader. If you pass on your business to someone else, in other words sell your business, the Business ID will not be transferred to the buyer.
