Fees relating to design right applications and registrations as from 1 May 2011

For an application to become pending, it is an unconditional requirement that the application fees be paid. The application fee can be paid on one of the following accounts:

A receipt of payment of the fee shall be attached to the application.

The SWIFT and IBAN codes needed when paying fees from outside Finland.

Application fees:
Application fee	€185
Additional fee in connection with the application:
- fee for each class in excess of the first class the design is referred to	€50
- fee for multiple registration for each design in excess of the first	€100
- fee for deposition, for each model	€50
- publication fee for each representation filed in excess of the first	€45
Reinstatement fee	€50

Renewal fee:
for the first renewal	€275
for the second renewal	€390
for the third renewal	€420
for the fourth renewal	€430
Additional fee in connection with renewal application:
- fee for each class in excess of the first class the design is referred to	€50
- fee for the multiple registration for each design in excess of the first	€100
- storage fee for each model	€50
- if the renewal fee is paid after the expiration of the running registration period	€50
