You can order annual accounts documents of one or more companies by using the form below.
For the accounts you want to order, fill in the full company name and the accounting period and, if possible, also the company’s Business ID. Then select method of delivery. If you choose e-mail, the documents will be sent to you in pdf format; if you choose post, the documents will be sent to you as paper copies. Finally, fill in your name and contact details, and click ‘Send’.
We will send you the most up-to-date documents we have available in our register. Please note that the contents of the documents may vary, for instance, we may receive more accounts details from the companies later on. We receive some of the details from the Tax Administration and some of the details directly from companies. Those submitted directly to the Tax Administration (for example limited liability companies’ or co-operatives’ 6B tax return forms and accompanying documents) are forwarded to us for publishing. We charge a fee of 13euros (VAT 0%) for each annual accounts document and delivery and invoicing costs €8.
Please note that we also send the invoice by post even when the documents are sent to you by e-mail. It is therefore important that you always give us your postal address. You can check that the documents are available by calling us on +358 0(9) 6939 5959 before you submit your order.
