Enhanced Information Services at Register of Associations

The Associations Register of the National Board of Patents and Registration has added new features to its information services AssociationNet, NetYREKA and AssociationAddresses. Searches can be conducted not only by association's basic information such as the registration number, name or domicile, but also by the name of province, electoral district or local register office. Also searches by the name of an Evangelical-Lutheran or Orthodox parish are possible.

The rules of an association can be accessed through the service if the association has concluded an agreement with the National Board of Patents and Registration and paid for the service.

The data base services of the Associations Register facilitate for example marketing efforts when the customer target is set on associations of a certain type or in a certain area. The services are updated every working day and they are available round the clock.

AssociationNet is a free data base service, whereas NetYREKA and AssociationAdresses are chargeable services requiring a user agreement. Our office also conducts address searches from AssociationNet to order. The basic fee for the service is €30, and a further fee is payable according to the number of addresses retrieved (VAT to be added).
