Struck-Off General Partnerships and Limited Partnerships in 2004
Entries concerning inactive general and limited partnerships have been struck off the Trade Register in accordance with Section 24 of the Trade Register Act on 29 November 2004. The striking-off procedure concerns 9.308 partnerships.
Partnerships that have been removed from the Register are published in the Trade Register Gazette N:o 49A on 2 December 2004. The Gazette is available at our PatRek Client Service, Arkadiankatu 6A, 00100 Helsinki.

Re-entry of a Removed Partnership
It is possible to re-enter a partnership in the register if the company de facto was carrying on business at the time of the removal. In addition it is required that a demand concerning the re-entry is made within five years of the removal (cf. Administrative Procedure Act, Section 52:1.)
A partnership may demand re-entry by filing a free-form application.
The application or its enclosures shall verify
- that the partnership has been in business at the time of the striking-off and
- specify the nature of the business that was being conducted.
