Struck-off private traders in the year 2004
The Trade Register has on 13 December 2004 struck off private traders who had been entered in the register before 1994, but whose personal details required under Section 3a of the Trade Register Act were lacking in the register. The striking-off procedure is based on the provision on entry into force of the Act of 16 March 2001 on the Amendment to the Trade Register Act (245/2001).
The striking off concerns 9.402 private traders.
Private traders that have been removed from the Register are published in the Trade Register Gazette N:o 51A on 16 December 2004. The Gazette is available at our PatRek Client Service, Arkadiankatu 6A, 00100 Helsinki.
