Amendments to the Patents Act

Patents Act

On 18 November, 2005 was issued the Act No. 896/2005 amending the Patents Act. The number of the Government Bill concerning the amendments is 92/2005. The amendments will enter into force on 13 December, 2007 according to the Decree 1117/2007.

Patents Decree

Amendments to the Patents Act have been issued by Decree No. 1118/2007. The amendments will enter into force on 13 December, 2007.

Patent Regulations

The Patent Regulations will be amended as of 13 December, 2007 concerning the following provisions:

sections 26 (1), 41 a (2), 74, 83, 84, 86, 97 a, 97 b, 97 c and 105.
