Limited liability companies struck off the Trade Register on 28 December 2007
The Trade Register has on 28 December 2007 struck off limited liability companies that have not submitted annual accounts documents for registration within one year from the end of the accounting period. The striking-off procedure is based on Chapter 20, Section 4, paragraph 3 of the Companies Act. The striking off concerns 2 245 limited liability companies.
