Struck-off private traders, general partnerships and limited partnerships on the 18th of June 2009
Entries concerning inactive businesses have been struck off the Trade Register in accordance with Section 24 of the Trade Register Act on the 18th of June 2009. The striking-off procedure concerns a total of 2 571 businesses.

Re-entry of a removed business
It is possible to re-enter a business in the register if they de facto were carrying on business at the time of the removal.
(cf. Administrative Procedure Act, Section 52:1.)
A business may demand re-entry by filing a free-form application.
The application or its enclosures shall verify
- that the business has been active at the time of the striking-off, and
- specify the nature of the business that was being conducted.
