Changes in information services

Extracts and certificates available from Local Register Offices and Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centres)

Trade Register extracts are also provided by our local services points, i.e. Local Register Offices and ELY Centres, but they will not yet use the new information service portal. That is why a Trade Register extract bought from the Local Register Offices or ELY Centres is slightly different from one ordered from us. The free extracts that we automatically send you after registration also differ from the extracts you can order from us. However, the differences are not significant and do not affect the validity of the extract.

The new system will not change the way we deliver the documents: we will still send you Trade Register extracts or other documents by mail, fax or email. We will however send the invoice separately.

Partial extracts

The new information service system enables us to launch new services. You can now select any of the following details to be included in a partial extract from the Trade Register: information about the company's shares and share capital, persons in the company and those authorised to represent it, merger and demerger details, and the company's name and line of business. You can also select the following details to be contained in a partial extract from the Register of Foundations: name and purpose of the foundation, representation details, persons recorded in the register, or merger details. You can in other words select only the details that you need for a partial extract instead of ordering an entire extract. The charge for a partial extract is 6.5 euros per detail. Besides the details you have selected, the partial extract always includes the basic details of the company or the foundation, i.e. Business ID, contact details and company name history.

Future changes

We will launch more information services this year – a large selection of new services will soon be available online.
