Public notice concerning inactive businesses

Under Section 24 of the Trade Register Act, the National Board of Patents and Registration (NBPR) will remove from the Trade Register inactive
private traders.

The removal under the Trade Register Act concerns 52 private traders. Businesses included in the removal have been sent a letter in December 2011, asking whether they still carry on business.

Continued operation to be reported not later than 30 March 2012
Businesses who have not reported that they are still active are invited to report their operation not later than on 30 March 2012.

Removal in April 2012
If, despite the notice, a business included in the removal process does not report its operations, it is removed from the register in April 2012.
