Client satisfaction remains high

Our client survey in December 2011 shows that clients’ satisfaction with our operations and services is mostly high and remains almost at the same level as in 2010. Overall, clients were very satisfied with the quality of our services (average grade 4.0, on a scale from 1 to 5). We received positive feedback regarding our professional skills and ability to serve clients. Clients also rated our effectiveness in promoting Finnish innovation and entrepreneurship as fairly good (average grade 3.5).

There were many requests for shorter processing times of notifications and applications. Clients were satisfied with our online services but also identified areas for improvement. We have begun taking this into account in our work to improve our operations and services.
