Follow the processing of your association’s notice online

We have improved monitoring the processing of association notices as follows:

• The services AssociationNet and NetYreka show the processing information for each association notice.
• To view the information in the notices, click the registration number in the search result or, for unregistered associations, click the record number.
• The basic data page shows the latest processing phase of all the association's notices. Click the record number to see all the processing information for a notice.

How to conduct a specific name search

The name search page allows you to browse names of associations as follows:

• When you restrict the search to include merely registered and pending names you can carry out preliminary name searches.
• The NBPR officer in charge of the notice will make the final decision on the applicability of the name.

Checking if your electronic notice has become pending

The document code allows you to see which phase your electronic notice is in, including if it is not yet pending. If the notices have not yet been signed or paid for, you can still complement the notice until it becomes pending.
