Registration notifications to Trade Register before new year

At the end of each year, the Trade Register receives a large number of notifications. We therefore ask businesses to file their notifications by 10th December to make sure that all these notifications can be dealt with by 31st December.

Changes of financial periods

According to the instructions of the Tax Administration, companies must notify the Trade Register of changes of their financial periods two months before the present period ends. In practice, we have registered changes of financial periods even if the company has not filed their notification two months in advance; however, we recommend in such a case that you contact the Tax Administration as far as your taxation is concerned.

Implementation of merger and demerger

Please file your notification on the implementation of merger/demerger (division) by 10th December if you want the implementation to be registered by the end of the year.
