Amendments to bylaws
You have to file an amendment notice concerning the bylaws of an association when a registered association amends its bylaws. The notice may also be filed electronically.
You have to
- file the notice in one copy.
- enclose amended bylaws in their entirety in one copy.
- enclose a receipt of payment, or a copy of it.
You can use the same amendment notice form, for no extra charge, to report changes both in the bylaws and in the rights to sign for the association.
An amendment to the bylaws of a registered association comes into force as soon as it is entered in the Register.
