Financial statements forms
Organisations submitting tax return form 6B –a joint notification system with Tax Administration
Accounting period closing in 2011
The Tax Administration delivers the financial statements and notes of organisations using Tax return form 6B to the Trade Register. You don’t need to submit anything directly to the Trade Register. Tax return form 6B will be complemented with a new Form 63 (Financial statements information to the Tax Administration and the Trade Register).
- Further information in Finnish: see Press release of the Tax Administration and Forms 6B and 63 on the Tax Administration’s website
- Further information in Swedish: see Press release of the Tax Administration and Forms 6B and 63 on the Tax Administration’s website
Please note: However, if you are a running a branch of a foreign-based business, you must submit your financial statements directly to the Trade Register, se our instruction on financial statements of foreign-based businesses.
Other businesses
If you file any other tax return form than 6B (for example Tax return form 4, real estate corporations), then you must send your financial statements directly to the Trade Register.
In that case submit the financial statements to the Trade Register on the form Tilinpäätöksen rekisteröinti (Registration of financial statements).
Final accounts
Submit the final accounts of merger/demerger or liquidation directly to the Trade Register on the form Tilinpäätöksen rekisteröinti (Registration of financial statements).
