Advice on how to submit a notification to the Trade Register:

• what form to use, payable handling fees, where to file notifications, who signs the forms, necessary enclosures, and estimated processing time for notifications
• basic rules regarding company name registrations
• the legal effects of registration (for example, an amendment to the financial period of a company or other amendments to the Articles of Association come into force only by registration)
• information on the registration procedure (for example, when the share capital is being raised)

• Enquiries on the proceeding of a pending notification.
• Enquiries on how to order information service products and topic-specific searches in the Trade Register, and assistance in these services.
