Fees for patents and layout designs of integrated circuits (from 1 November 2011)

The fees are based on Decree No. 1085/2009 of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy concerning the chargeable services of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland, and subsequent amendments. The most recent amendment is 1100/2011.

The fees can be paid

The fees below are official fees and are not subject to VAT.
