Appeals from decisions taken by the Board of Appeal

Anyone dissatisfied with a decision taken by the Board of Appeal may appeal against it to the Supreme Administrative Court by filing a written appeal within 60 days of receipt of service. Instructions for appealing are attached to decisions subject to appeal.
