Lodging of Appeals

When the National Board of Patents and Registration has taken a decision that is subject to appeal, the party concerned is given instructions for lodging an appeal.

The petition of appeal is to be addressed to the Board of Appeal.

It shall be made in writing and submitted in three copies, with the annexes, to the NBPR Registry (NBPR Client Service) within the appeal period, i.e. within 60 days from the receipt of service.
