Monitor the status of your notification in Virre Information Service

You can easily monitor the progress of notifications filed with the Trade Register, Register of Foundations or Register of Enterprise Mortgages by running a Notification search in our Virre Information Service. The search also provides history details and details of notifications that have already been processed and registered.

The Notification search gives you access to information that is available free of charge or on payment. It is free to run a search to find out the processing phase (i.e. registered or pending) or date of arrival of a notification submitted to the Trade Register, or what type of notification it is (Start-up Notification, Amendment Notification, or financial statements). By paying a fee, you will get access to further information, such as details registered on the basis of a notification, or more detailed information about the processing phases. You can also use the Financial statements search in Virre to monitor submitted financial statements.

You can also visit our free information service on published Trade Register entries, which shows for example when a notification has been registered and what the notification relates to. You can use BIS Search to check for example when a Start-up Notification is filed and registered at the Trade Register. You can also contact our advisory service for further information about the status of your notification. Before filing your notification remember to check our expected processing time for notifications and applications. The expected processing time is updated twice a month on our website at www.prh.fi, which helps you to judge when your notification will be processed after it has been received by our office.
