Changes in PCT fees from 1 January 2013

Due to a change in the euro/Swiss franc rate, the WIPO has decided to adjust the following fees. The fee adjustments will enter into force on 1 January 2013.

• International filing fee EUR 1100 (now EUR 1094)
• Reductions on the international filing fee for electronic applications
  - the request, description, claims and abstract are in character coded format EUR 248 (now EUR 247)
