Client satisfaction remains high
Our client survey in December 2012 shows that clients’ satisfaction with our operations and services is high and remains much at the same level as in previous years. Clients were very satisfied with the quality of our services (average rating 4.0, on a scale of 1 to 5), and we also received positive feedback regarding our competence and willingness to be of service. Overall, clients were quite satisfied with our operations (average rating 3.8).
There were many requests for shorter processing times of notifications and applications. Clients were satisfied with our web services but also identified areas for improvement. We have begun taking this into account in our work to improve our operations and services in the future.
