Changes in the right to sign for the association

You have to report changes regarding persons with signing rights in a registered association to the Register of Associations. The notice may also be filed online.

You have to

Even if only one person is changed, you have to notify on the form all persons who at the time of the change are entitled to sign for the association.

You have to report the following details

If the person has a Finnish personal identity number, you don't need to give his or her address. We get that data straight from the Finnish Population Information System.

If the person has no Finnish personal identity number, you have to give his or her date of birth as well as address and municipality of residence. Read more about foreigners in associations.

You can report changes in the rights to sign for the association on the same form as amendments to the rules of an association.
