1) The fees for abstracts of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages, certified extracts from the book of original entries, and for other certificates based on enterprise mortgages are based on the Act on Fees Charged for the Services of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (1032/1992), and on the Decree of the Ministry of Trade and Industry on the Services Liable to Charge of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (201/2007) issued under that act.
2) Other information service fees are based on decisions taken by the National Board of Patents and Registration under the above decree of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
How to pay
The fees are payable when the matter has been completed. If you collect the documents from the NBPR Client Service, please pay the fee when you collect the documents. When we send the documents by mail, we enclose the invoice with the documents.
