The handling fees of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages are based on the Act on Fees Charged for the Services of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (1032/1992), on the Decree of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy on the Services Liable to Charge of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (1085/2009) issued under that act, and on the amendments to the decree (62/2010, 143/2010, 362/2011, 1100/2011, and 128/2012).
The information service fees of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages are based on the Act on Fees Charged for the Services of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (1032/1992), on the Decree of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy on the Services Liable to Charge of the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (1085/2009) issued under that act, on the amendments to the decree (62/2010, 143/2010, 362/2011, 1100/2011, and 128/2012), and on decisions taken by the National Board of Patents and Registration under the above decree of the Ministry of Employment and the Economy.
How to pay
The fees for applications and notifications are payable when the matter has been completed.
