Processing time means the time from the filing of a notification or an application to the first communication to the client. The first communication can be a decision of registration, an official action in writing, or a telephone call.
Notifications are processed in order of arrival and exceptions to this order are made only for weighty reasons.
If there is a specific reason why a notification should be entered into the register before or after its estimated registration date, a request to that effect can be enclosed with the notification. The request shall include the grounds for expedited processing and the desired time of registration.
Please note that requests that have been submitted in those pages of the notification form that are only used by the tax authority do not come to the notice of the Trade Register.
The requests are observed whenever possible, but they are not answered to separately.
See the processing chart of notifications filed with the Trade Register.
