Trade Register's information services

We provide register extracts concerning businesses, organisation rules such as Articles of Association, and notifications to the Trade Register including appendices. Financial statements submitted to the National Board of Patents and Registration are also made available to the public.

Do you need a Trade Register extract, or are you interested in viewing business information?

From the Virre Information Service you can quickly and easily get:

• Trade Register extracts and Articles of Association in electronic form
• officially certified Trade Register extracts, delivered by post
• financial statements
• a person's links to other businesses
• information from notifications to the register
• numbers of new businesses and other statistics
• different selections
  

Basic details are free of charge; more detailed information is accessible for a fee, which can be paid by e-payment or credit card.

• Basic details are free of charge from the Virre Information Service. There are fees for other items, payable easily by e-payment or credit card.
• For identification and contact details of businesses, go to the Business Information System (BIS).
• Businesses and financial statements registered on the present date, for example, are available in the Trade Register’s electronic information service on published entries.
