Our delivery time for Trade Register extracts, Articles of Association and certified extracts from the official record of correspondence is about two working days. For translated information from a Trade Register extract, registration certificates and other document orders, the delivery time is about one week. An example of the price: Trade Register extract, delivered by post or email, €13 (price of the document) + €8 (delivery and invoicing costs).

Please note: the Trade Register extracts, Articles of Association, Partnership Agreements or by-laws are either in Finnish or in Swedish depending on the language the company has used for registering their information.

The Trade Register extract contains all the company's current register entries.

Partial extract from the Trade Register

• According to your choice, a partial extract from the Trade Register may contain: up-to-date information about the company's shares and share capital, persons of the company and those authorised to represent it, merger and demerger details, or the company's name and line of business. In addition, the partial extract always gives the basic details such as the company name, Business ID and contact details.

Translated information from a Trade Register extract

Translations of information from Trade Register extracts are available for the following types of business:

• Limited liability company
• General partnership
• Limited partnership
• Private trader
• Branch of a foreign trader
• Public limited company

Information can be translated into Finnish, Swedish and English. The contents will vary depending on the type of business concerned, the kind of information contained in the register entries, and whether the business is in liquidation, bankrupt, or under restructuring. In general, the following details are given on a translated extract concerning a limited liability company:

• Identifiers: company name, Business ID, registration date, company type, address and contact details
• Name details: company name, and any parallel or auxiliary company names
• Place of registered office
• Share capital
• Financial period
• Financial statements: the latest financial period for which financial statements have been submitted to the Trade Register
• Representation: legal representation and representation based on position
• Persons: their roles, names, addresses; and representation by those authorised to represent the company and by holders of a procuration
• Name history

Please note: The fee for an automatically translated extract is 40 euros.

If you need other register information, or information concerning less common company types, to be translated into English, contact our Client Service to order a translation (tel. +358 9 6939 5959, Monday to Friday 9.00–16.15). For such a translation, the fee is 95 euros + VAT.

Certified extract of selected Register entries concerning one business entity, in English

• details: company name, Business ID, date of registration, postal address, domicile, share capital, Board of Directors (or partners or trader), Managing Director, legal representation, signing on behalf of the company, company name history, liquidation, bankruptcy, restructuring, merger, or termination of business

Certified extract from the official record of correspondence

• certifies that a notification filed by a business is registered as having arrived to the Trade Register
• details: record number, date of arrival, type of notification, and stage of processing
• in addition, company name suggestion, if any; former company name suggestions, if any; Business ID and company name of the registered business

Registration certificate

• you can order a registration certificate in Finnish, Swedish, English, German or French (please enter the language in the 'Other information' field)
• details: company name, Business ID, place of registered office, date of entry in the Trade Register

Certified print-outs containing business information

You can also get a certified print-out of the same information as is available at www.ytj.fi (Finnish Business Information System, BIS). The information contains, for example, the company name, main line of business, auxiliary company names and contact details. Print-outs are available in Finnish, Swedish and English (enter the language in the 'Other information' field).
