EBR European Business Register
The European Business Register (EBR) is a joint information service provided by business registers in 26 European countries. The information service offers official and reliable information directly from the national business register of each participating country.

Several trade register authorities, such as the Estonian and the Swedish Trade Register, also offer the EBR service. To view the service providers, please go to the EBR website at www.ebr.org.
You can search company information by the company name or company code. Almost all EBR providers offer free company name searches: it gives you the identification details of a company, i.e. the company name, the company code, and the name of the register.
All business registers that have joined the EBR provide you with a Company Profile. It contains the following details:
Details of company appointments, such as members of the board of directors or managing directors, are available from for example Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Norway, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
You can obtain annual accounts from for example the following countries: Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
The EBR also provides other kinds of register documents from various countries, such as articles of association, annual returns, and registration certificates.
