Virre Information Service
Trade Register information and financial statements
On Virre, you can search for information both from the current register entries concerning businesses and from organisation rules (Articles of Association of limited liability companies, partnership agreements of partnerships, and rules of co-operatives). Furthermore, you can access the historical details of companies, and details of closed-down businesses. Along with register information, you can also check if a company has notifications pending, or if it has filed any applications with the Trade Register. Through Virre, you can also get access to businesses’ financial statements.
The information content of the Trade Register is regulated by law. The register entries vary depending on company type. The basic information normally recorded about all business types is: company name, place of registered office or municipality from which the company is managed, line of business, and representative(s) for the business. Register of Foundations
Through Virre, you can also find register information about foundations, their by-laws and financial statements. The extract from the Register of Foundations contains, among other things, the following: the foundation’s name, Business ID, place of registered office and postal address, date of grant of establishment, date of confirmation of by-laws, purpose of the foundation, Board of Trustees, and authorised signatories.
Enterprise mortgages
On Virre, you can order an abstract of the Register of Enterprise Mortgages, which discloses any enterprise mortgages registered on a trader’s movable property.
Selections and statistics
Furthermore, you can order a variety of selections and statistics with information about businesses, foundations and enterprise mortgages.

Availability
The service is open 24/7; however, there may be short interruptions as a result of technical failure.
Updating
Virre is updated several times each day. As a rule, registrations are carried out once a day.
