Conditions of use
The purpose of this service is only to provide general information on designs registered in Finland and on applications for design registration filed with the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland (NBPR). Only a part of the data in the Designs Register is made available in the DesignsNet database, in other words certain basic data of designs entered into and deleted from the register and certain basic data of pending applications for design registration and of applications which have once been pending. Not all data have been checked through in full detail.
Official extracts from the Designs Register are provided by the Designs Rights unit of the NBPR.
Our aim is to update and correct the data as often as possible. The NBPR is not, however, liable for possible errors in the system, any interpretation of data or actions taken on the basis of them.
The NBPR retains the right to change the content of the service or to terminate the service.
