Registration separately in each individual country

The third option to apply for design protection abroad is to use the national registration systems: you apply for registration separately in each country, and the local authority processes the application in accordance with its national laws. The language of application is the language of each individual country. In many cases, you also must have a local representative. For further details of the procedure and the requirements for registration, please contact the local authority in question.
