The Trademark Database provides basic information on pending trademark applications and valid registrations in Finland, and international registrations under the Madrid Protocol (WIPO) designating Finland.
The trademark database offers you a quick and easy way of studying what marks have already been registered, or what is the current status of an application.
You can search information by submitting
| Content | The database contains basic information of some 170,000 trademarks and some 50,000 international registrations valid in Finland. EU trademarks registered by OHIM are also valid in Finland. Searches by a specific word include national applications and registrations as well as international registrations valid in Finland. The search by the name of a client only retrieves national, valid registrations and pending applications. Please note that there is no information on EU trademarks in the Trademark Database. You can search for information on EU trademarks on the OHIM website. |
