Amendments to the Implementing Regulation and the Fees Regulation adopted

Several amendments to the Regulation implementing the Community trade mark Regulation and to the Regulation on the fees payable to the OHIM have been adopted. The amendments have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 172 of 5 July 2005 and, apart from some exceptions, they have come into force on 25 July 2005.
