Limited liability companies struck off the Trade Register on 19 December 2005

The Trade Register has on 19 December 2005 struck off limited liability companies that have not submitted annual accounts documents for registration within one year from the end of the accounting period. The striking-off procedure is based on Chapter 13, Section 4, paragraph 4 of the Companies Act. The striking off concerns 9.330 limited liability companies.

Limited liability companies that have been removed from the Register will be published on 27 December 2005 in the Trade Register Gazette N:o 51A. The Gazette is available at our PatRek Client Service, Arkadiankatu 6A, 00100 Helsinki.
