How to apply for a preliminary check

In order to apply for a preliminary check

You can send the application by mail to the National Board of Patents and Registration (NBPR) or bring it directly to NBPR’s Client Service in Helsinki. You can also submit the application to local authorities (Local Register Offices, ‘maistraatti’ in Finnish) of the town or city where the association is registered. The local authorities will then forward the documents to the Register of Associations.
