You have to report changes regarding persons with signing rights in a registered association to the Register of Associations. The notice may also be filed electronically.
You have to
file the notice in one copy.
enclose a receipt of payment, or a copy of it.
Even if only one person is changed, you have to notify on the form all persons who at the time of the change are entitled to sign for the association.
You have to report the following details
position mentioned in the order given on the right to sign for the association
full name
address
municipality of residence
personal identity number.
If the person has no Finnish personal identity number, you have to give his or her date of birth. Foreigners in associations.
You can report changes in the rights to sign for the association on the same form as amendments to the bylaws of an association.
