Persons authorised by the rules to sign for the association

Persons authorised by the rules (bylaws) to sign for the association include the chairperson of the Executive Committee and each person who on the basis of the rules of the association directly has the right to sign for the association. When no person has been elected to a position that authorises to sign for the association, you have to report in the amendment notice form that no one has yet been elected to that position.
