New electronic service for associations

You can now electronically file basic notices, notices of bylaw amendments, notices of dissolution and changes of persons signing for your association. Also changes of address can be submitted electronically.

A notice to the Register of Associations is always signed by the chairperson of the association/Executive Committee. In order to be able to submit an electronic notice, the chairperson of the Executive Committee must have a personal online banking code (not a shared code).

You can identify yourself, pay fees and sign notices by using the access codes for the online banking service with any Finnish Bank.
