An enterprise mortgage may be applied for in respect of the property of a trader entered in the Trade Register. The mortgage may be applied for by the trader or a creditor. Enterprise mortgage applications are filed in Finnish or in Swedish with the National Board of Patents and Registration (NBPR) using an application form and promissory note secured by a pledge available on this website.

One or more promissory notes secured by a pledge
Power of attorney, if the application has been drawn up by an agent
The promissory note secured by a pledge must be signed by the trader or, if the debtor is a company, co-operative, foundation or organisation etc., by a person or persons who are authorised to sign for the organisation when the promissory note is signed. If the person signing the promissory note secured by a pledge is not registered at the Trade Register, please give a statement on his or her right to sign for the organisation.
