Technical problem for private traders in online filing to the Finnish Trade Register: notifications of changes and termination of business can only be filed on paper

Our online filing service for private traders’ notifications to the Finnish Trade Register is still facing a technical problem.

Notifications to the Finnish Tax Administration can be filed as usual.

However, you can file notifications of changes and termination of business to the Trade Register only by using paper forms. During the interruption, we charge the same fee for paper notifications as for online notifications. This means the fee for filing on paper is lower than normally.

Please note: Write under ‘Additional information’ on the paper form: Järjestelmähäiriön vuoksi sähköisen ilmoituksen hinta (in Finnish) or Avgift för e-anmälan på grund av systemfel (in Swedish), meaning Price for online notification due to system failure.
