Postal strike will delay the processing of paper notifications

The strike affecting postal services began on Monday 11 November 2019.

The delay in postal delivery due to the strike will affect notifications filed on paper to:

  • the Trade Register;
  • the Register of Associations;
  • the Register of Foundations; and
  • the Register of Enterprise Mortgages.

If you want us to deal with your notification by 31 December, make sure we receive it on Monday 2 December 2019 at the latest.

File your notification online

Online notifications will be processed according to our usual schedule. We recommend that you use our online filing services whenever possible. Please note that the online services are only available in Finnish and Swedish.

Go to the Trade Register’s online service at ytj.fi in Finnish or in Swedish.

Go to the online service for associations in Finnish or in Swedish.

Submit financial statements only by email to tilinpaatokset{at]prh.fi

In urgent cases, you are advised to bring your paper notification in person to our customer service at Sörnäisten rantatie 13 C, Helsinki. Our customer service is open Monday–Friday 9.00–16.15.

You can monitor the progress of your notification via the Virre Information Service.

Avoid corrections, fill in your notification carefully

Sometimes you will need to correct or complete your notification. In such cases, we will send you a correction request by post.

In the present situation, please pay special attention to filling in your notification carefully to avoid delaying the processing because of corrections.
