Our customer service in Helsinki will open with restricted opening hours on 3 May 2021

We will open our customer service in Helsinki on 3 May 2021 after being closed due to the coronavirus. The service will be open from Monday to Friday between 12.00 and 16.15 until further notice.

There are instructions for our walk-in customers at the customer service entrance (Sörnäisten rantatie 13 C).

You can send paper notifications by post or leave them in our mailbox on the wall of our office building in Hakaniemi. We recommend that you use our online filing service. It is quicker and cheaper to file online than using paper forms. Our online services and information services are available at the prh.fi website.

The customer service’s telephone and chat services will be running normally.
