Monitor the changes in your company’s details in the Trade Register
When filing a notification of changes with the Finnish Trade Register, we inform your company by email as soon as the notification has arrived at the Finnish Trade Register. You can choose between two services that are both free of charge:
Alternative 1: The company’s email address is recorded in the Finnish Trade Register. We send an automatic message of the arrived notification of changes if the address is working.
If you have submitted your company’s email address to the Finnish Trade Register and the address is working, you will receive an email message from the Finnish Trade Register within approximately one hour after your notification has arrived and recorded in the Trade Register system.
Alternative 2: The email address is not recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, but you enter into an agreement with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
If your company’s email address is not recorded in the Finnish Trade Register, you can, free of charge, place an order for monitoring changes in the details of the company you represent.
