Fewer customer advisors available in our telephone service due to training sessions on 29 September and 6 October 2022 – advice is available from our chatbot or by email

Some of our customer advisors are taking part in training sessions on Thursday 29 September and Thursday 6 October 2022, so customers may experience long wait times in the telephone service.

Our Trade Register chatbot gives advice 24 hours a day and can be used on the Trade Register pages at prh.fi. The chatbot provides general advice on Trade Register matters.
