Schedules for filing notifications with the Finnish Trade Register by the end of the year

The Finnish Trade Register receives significantly more notifications towards the end of the year.

Merger and demerger

Our deadline for notifications of the implementation of mergers or demergers is Wednesday 4 December 2024, if you want the implementation to be registered before the end of the year.

Enterprise mortgages

Our deadline for enterprise mortgage applications and notifications related to mergers and demergers is Thursday 5 December 2024, if you want the implementation to be registered before the end of the year.

Other notifications

Unfortunately, we may be unable to register other notifications by the end of the year. As we announced earlier, if we received your notification by Monday 11 November 2024, we aim to register it by the end of the year.

Please note that online start-up notifications and notifications concerning the right of representation (for example, changes to the board of directors) filed using the online service at ytj.fi are registered quickly. Read more about our estimated processing times for notifications at prh.fi.
