Coming soon: conversion service for digitising the financial statements of small limited liability companies
The PRH is developing a new service to convert digital financial statements into a structured format. We will launch the service in 2026 and provide further information about the implementation closer to the launch date.
The upcoming conversion service is intended for small limited liability companies that do not have access to financial administration software that enables the reporting of digital financial statements. Read more about the software.
Please note that the conversion service is not suitable for large companies because the service cannot convert the itemised information in the financial statements of large companies into a structured format.
The limited liability company should first enter its financial statement data into an Excel template provided by the PRH. The company should then send the file to the conversion service to convert it into digital financial statements, which the company can then file with the Trade Register online at ytj.fi.
