How to file a prohibition of registration with the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Register of Associations and the Finnish Register of Foundations
Use our online form to file a prohibition of registration to the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Register of Associations and the Finnish Register of Foundations.
How to proceed
Use our online form to file a prohibition of registration. Without the form, we cannot register prohibitions filed by email.
Using the online form requires strong authentication, and therefore you need to have a Finnish personal identity code and one of the identification methods provided by the Suomi.fi e-identification service, such as personal internet banking codes or a mobile certificate.
Change the language of the form at the top of the page, if needed.

Monitor the progress of your notification
The prohibition becomes effective when we have recorded it in our systems. We will send you a confirmation to the email address you have given.
Prohibitions in exceptional cases
In exceptional cases (for instance when filing a prohibition for a minor) you can use a paper form.
Open the paper form: Prohibition of registration.
Save the form to your computer before filling it in.
Sign and scan the form and send it by secure email. Read our instructions and send secure email to the PRH.
You can also send the form by mail. Fill in and sign the form and send it to:

After filing: If your contact details change, file a new prohibition of registration
Keep the email address or telephone number submitted for the prohibition of registration up to date. If the contact detail changes, file a new prohibition of registration.
Prohibition of registration does not remove any previous details
Please note that a prohibition of registration will not remove any of your previously registered role details from the Finnish Trade Register, the Finnish Register of Associations and the Finnish Register of Foundations.
